Delivery across Qatar

Standard delivery is QAR 15. Delivery is free when your order total reaches QAR 200. Orders are normally delivered within 1 business day in Doha and 1–2 business days to outer or remote areas of Qatar.

Warehouse pickup

Free pickup is available from Azoss Warehouse, Industrial Area Road, Store H16, after we confirm that your order is ready.

Returns

Eligible unused and unopened non-perishable products may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Defective, damaged or incorrect products are handled at no charge in line with Qatar consumer law. Food, perishables, opened hygiene or pet-care items, opened chemicals, fragrances, hazardous or safety-sealed products, and custom orders are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
